Theology on Tap
From 1933 to 1963, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Charles Williams (known as ‘the Inklings’) used to enjoy robust conversations at the Eagle and Child, a pub in Oxford. In the spirit of such friendship and the enjoyment of discussing theology for life, we meet the last Thursday of every month for open conversation on some idea presented from the writings of C.S. Lewis. We discuss theology from the perspective of ‘faith seeking understanding.’ . No question is off limits. And we never forget our conversation is always among friends. We meet the last Thursday of the month at Smokejack Restaurant in Downtown Alpharetta (29 S. Main St.). Make it a date night! :)
